Traditional x Digital animated short film.

Mooncakes was a passion project born out of the frustrations of my four years in college. Despite getting my bachelors degree in film and animation I felt like I didn’t really achieve the level of quality I was seeking in any of my assignments.

After graduation I decided to put off finding a job and stayed in my room for the next four to six years toiling away at my short film. Thanks to my supportive family and friends I was finally able to achieve my goal, and the result was this twelve minute short film.
